Tammy Sue Daily

Tammy Sue Daily, 50, of Ira, died Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 8 at the Howard Street Christian Church in Colfax. Burial will follow at McKeever Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 7 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family and condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com.

The daughter of Charles and Roberta Wright, Tammy was born on Feb. 20, 1965, in Independence, Mo. She worked as a pharmacy Tech at Walgreen’s in Des Moines. On Feb. 23, 1993, she was united in marriage to Rodney W. Daily in Las Vegas. She was a member of the Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Newton. Tammy enjoyed fishing, gardening, her dogs and most of all being with her family.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Rodney; a daughter, Ashley; her parents, Charles and Roberta Wright of Independence, Mo.; a brother, Chuck (Karen) Wright of Independence, Mo.; her mother and father-in-law, Gary and Donna Timmons; and two sisters-in-law, Brenda Daily and Gena Franklin, both of Newton. Preceding her in death were her grandparents.
