Plans were made for the spring tea fundraiser at the recent meeting of the Kellogg Garden Club. The event will take place April 18, at Cornerstone Church in Newton. Members took tickets to be sold prior to the event. Arlys Amundsen, “The Apron Lady,” will present the program. Pat Patty demonstrated several ideas for table centerpieces. Carolyn Myers has an idea for favors to be given to the guests.
The Kellogg Garden Club will have a float in the parade for the Kellogg Centennial celebration June 26-28. Carolyn Myers demonstrated table decorations to be made for the Garden Club District meeting June 1.
