The Central Iowa Outdoors without Boundaries annual banquet will be Feb. 28 at the Moose Lodge in Newton. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. Silent and live auction will start at 7 p.m. Advance tickets for dinner will be $15, $25 for a couple and 12 and under are $7.50.
