Joy M. (Davis) Phipps, 89, of Newton, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015, at Newton Health Care Center in Newton. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 6 at Cornerstone Bible Fellowship in Newton. The family will greet friends at the church following the memorial service. Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the arrangements.
