• Amber N. Burgart, 26, of Newton, is charged with operating while under the influence after authorities pulled her over at the intersection of West Second Street South and South Second Avenue West at 12:49 a.m. Saturday. Officers smelled alcohol coming from Burgart and after giving a breath sample she had a .094 BAC. She was cited and released to appear.
