First Newton National Bank President Gary Kahn announced Stephanie Critchfield has been elected to the Board of Directors of First Newton National Bank at its Jan. 9 board meeting.
Critchfield works at The Vernon Company as the Western Region Manager. She received a bachelor of arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and has served as chair of the Membership Services Action Group for Promotional Products Association Industry, past president of the Thomas Jefferson School Parent Teacher Association, and is involved with other numerous organizations in central Iowa. She and her husband, Marshall, have two daughters and live in Newton.
The Board looks forward to the new perspective and fresh set of ideas Critchfield brings to the table. First Newton National is excited to add another local director to its hometown bank. The addition of Critchfield to the Board of Directors ensures the bank will be locally owned and operated for years to come.
