This year, as of Nov. 30, 224 residential properties have been sold sold with Newton addresses with an average of 112 days on the market and a price of $101,783.
At this time in 2013, 246 residential properties were sold with Newton addresses, with an average of 101 days on the market and a price of $100,635.
At this time in 2012, 216 residential properties were sold with Newton addresses, with an average of 121 days on the market and a price of $85,933.
At this time in 2011, 173 residential properties were sold with Newton addresses, with an average of 142 days on the market and a price of $91,732.
At this time in 2010, 175 residential properties were sold with Newton addresses, with an average of 93 days on the market and a price of $88,304.
