Newton Lions donates to senior center

The Newton Lions Club recently presented a $500 donation to the Jasper County Senior Center. The money represents a percentage of the funds raised in October at a pancake breakfast. Pictured representing the senior center are from left Ron Kollmann, Bev Edge and Margaret Hammer. Representing the Newton Lions Club are Deb Boehmer and Jack Ayres.
