Cecile I. Kinion, 89, of Monroe, died Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, at Knoxville Area Community Hospital. A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21 at the Monroe United Methodist Church with burial following at Silent City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20 at Coburn Funeral Home in Monroe.
