Dale L. Thomas, 73, of Raymondville, Mo., formerly of Newton, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014, at the University of Louisville Medical Center in Louisville, Ky. A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23 at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery near Adel.
Friends may call at the funeral home beginning at noon on Monday and the family will be present at the funeral home from 5 to 7:00 p.m. Monday.
