The National Career Readiness Certificate assessment is being offered at no cost from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 15 to 17 at DMACC Newton Campus.
The assessment consists of three one-hour assessments — reading comprehension, locating information and math — and may be taken at one three-hour session or three one-hour sessions on different days.
The National Career Readiness Certificate assessment is offered to individuals eager to boost their resumes with documentation they have the knowledge and skill employers are looking for.
Whether seeking employment for the first time or preparing for a career change, an NCRC provides individuals the opportunity to demonstrate their level of competence to potential employers. The assessment also offers insight into areas that need improvement.
