Andy Watt and Marty Allspach, of Baxter, cut ribs off the rack in the "Smokin' Out Back" barbecue cook-off at Cadillac Jack's in Baxter on Saturday. Seven teams participated in the contest, which started at 8 a.m. and judging at 5 p.m. The team took home two Wildcard awards at this year's event.
