WATERLOO (AP) — Authorities say a woman whose body was found near Walker in Linn County was the mother of three girls who were the subjects of an Amber Alert.
The girls were found in the Waterloo area about an hour after the alert was issued around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday by the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation. Authorities have been looking for a 36-year-old man suspected of being their abductor.
