The Newton Public Library hosted a “Jammy Dance” storytime Monday with author Rebecca Janni of West Des Moines, who shared her “Jammy Dance” book and taught children the song. Janni is also the author of “Every Cowgirl Needs a Horse” and “Every Cowgirl Loves a Rodeo.” Mattinglys Music and Book Store had books available to purchase during the event.
