The Skiff Medical Center Board of Trustees will meet at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Skiff board conference room to approve recommendations from Clifton Larson Allen; approve recommendations for affiliation team and high-level strategy, including timing of new 501(c)3 implementation; and approval of interim management structure.
The board also will have a closed session for strategic planning to discuss patient care quality and process improvement initiatives, medical staff credentialing, marketing and pricing strategies and similar proprietary information.
