Ruth McClelland

Ruth McClelland, a life long resident of Newton, passed away in Arizona on April 13, 2014, at age 89.

Ruth was married for more than 50 years to Paul Roger McClelland Jr., is the mother of Melanie McCaleb of Bisbee, Ariz., and Ed McClelland of Kellogg. She is the grandmother of five and great-grandmother of seven. Ruth was proud of her 40 years at the Vernon Company and many years at the desk of the YMCA.

A family service will be held later in the summer. Donations in her name may be sent to Jasper County Animal Rescue League.
