MORAVIA — Devon Woody led the Prairie City-Monroe boys golf team shooting a 78 Thursday at an invitational hosted by Moravia High School. The Mustangs finshed fourth overall out of 19 teams, shooting a collective 332.
Woody was just two over par in the first 9 holes of the day, shooting a 38. Mustang Justin Beener shot an 83 in 18 holes. Thursday’s meet was a rescheduled event from April 24.

The Mustang boys will play next in the conference meet May 5 at the Tournament Club of Iowa in Polk City. Tee time for PCM is scheduled for 9 a.m.
PLEASANTVILLE — Olivia Maggard was the lone Colfax-Mingo girl on the course at the Pleasantville golf meet Thursday. Maggard finished with a 55 for the nine-hole event.
