Kellogg blood drive organizers thankful for community support

To the editor:

Thanks to a the wonderful blood donors who volunteered their time to make a life-saving blood donation at the recent Kellogg/Killduff Communities blood drive.   Twenty-six people were registered to donate blood and 25 units of blood were collected allowing 60 people to benefit.

I also thank the City of Kellogg for allowing us to use the fire station’s facilities for the BloodMobile unit, and Alice Schwarz for assisting at the canteen. The next blood drive in Kellogg will be Tuesday, June  10.
