• Officers were called to the 400 block of North Second Avenue East at 12:24 a.m. on March 31 in the 400 block of North Second Avenue East following a report of a burglary-in-progress. Upon arrival, officers found Aaron D. Reeves, no age given, and his 15-year-old brother in the alleged victim’s garage, with the 15-year-old allegedly in the process of removing lug nuts from the victim’s vehicle. Reeves and his brother allegedly stated they were in the garage with permission, which the victim refuted. While investigating the incident, officers were approached by Margaret E.
