Arthur “Bart” Padgett, 67, of Newton died Sunday, March 23, 2014, at his home.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 27, at the Newton Union Cemetery. A time of visitation with the family will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Pence-Reese Funeral Home in Newton.
