Newton Family Video partners with VFW to bring DVDs to veteran hospitals

Family Video’s Newton location has partnered up with the VFW Post 1655 Ladies’ Auxiliary to provide DVDs for veterans at all the VA hospitals in Iowa, the Veterans Home in Marshalltown, and VA Medical Centers in Nebraska and Minnesota.

“Were excited to partner with VFW Post 1655 to give DVDs to the veterans across the Midwest,” Family Video manager Jerry Morris said.

For the past two years, Family Video has provided DVDs, by accepting donations, for members of the U.S. military serving overseas. Those who don’t have DVDs to donate may make a cash donation and Family Video will purchase DVDs to donate.

The DVD donation drive will continue until the end of the year.
