Wilbur Hugen, 93, of Newton died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at Park Centre Garden View in Newton.
A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 16, at the Newton Church of the Way. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at Pence-Reese Funeral Home in Newton.
