Timothy J. Wilcox, 66, of Spencer, formerly of Newton, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013.
Celebration of life services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Newton Community Theatre, 1701 S. Eighth Ave. E. in Newton. A reception will follow. The family request no flowers and that memorials in honor of Tim be made to the Newton Community Theatre.
He is survived by his wife of over 35 years, Suzanne Von Seggern of Spencer; his daughter, Barbara Von Seggern Wilcox of Glen Burnie, Md.; a brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Amy Wilcox of Anamosa; two nephews, Tim and Tom Wilcox; a niece, Jennifer Heinzering; and a host of friends.
