• Bradley J. Johnson, 22, of Grinnell was cited for improper use of a lane after officers were dispatched at 5:02 p.m. Sunday to First Street South and First Avenue West on a report of an accident. Johnson struck a vehicle driven by Donna S. Kohrs, 55, of Newton, causing an estimated $300 in damage to both vehicles.
