• Mancie E. Eicher, 42, of Newton was located and arrested at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday at 844 S. 44th Ave. E. for an outstanding warrant out of Iowa County. Eicher was transported to jail.

• Nicole L. Hopwood, 40, of Newton was charged with accessory after the fact, interference with official acts, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies were dispatched at 1:36 a.m. Wednesday to 1734 W. Fourth St. N. on a report of a wanted individual. When officers arrived, Hopwood refused to answer any questions about the individual that was wanted and distracted officers as he escaped from a second story window. Before searching her, Hopwood said she had a needle in her pocket. The contents of the needle field-tested positive for methamphetamine. She was taken to jail.

• Michael A. Langerak, 25, of Des Moines was picked up by Jasper County Sheriff’s from the Polk County Jail at 10 p.m. Monday on a warrant for failing to appear in court.
