Newton Senior High’s cheer squad is holding a cheer clinic this Saturday, Sept. 21, from 9-11:30 a.m. at the NHS gym. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. There will be a snack provided.
All girls and boys kindergarten to sixth grade are invited to learn a cheer and a dance from the NHS cheerleaders. Participants will perform Friday, Sept. 27, between the freshman and varsity football games at H.A. Lynn Stadium.
The cost for the clinic is $20, which includes a T-shirt and a ticket to the football game.
