Missions conference at Immanuel Baptist

Immanuel Baptist Church at 1300 N. 4th Ave. E. in Newton will be hosting a Special Missions Conference Sunday, Sept. 22, to Wednesday, Sept. 25. The theme for the conference will be taken from Joshua 22.

The missionaries participating in the series will be the Rev. Brad Hoff, who serves as a church planting and developing coordinator with Continental Baptist Mission; the Rev. John Murdoch, who is the director of chaplain with the Indiana State Patrol, Civil Air Patrol and United States Service Command; the Rev. Jeff Demerly, who serve as the area missions coordinator for North Africa and the Middle East for the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism; and Betty Pulver who leads bible studies and continues to work in her local church ministries.

Services begin with the Sunday School hour at 9: 30 a.m. Sunday, followed by the morning service at 10:45 a.m. and the evening service at 6 p.m. The services will be at 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.
