Sarah and Silas Hanneman of Des Moines announce the birth of their son, Owen Alan Hanneman, on June 28, 2013, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. He weighed 7 pounds and 1 ounce and was 21 inches long.
Owen is welcomed home by his brother, Ethan, 3.
Grandparents are Susan and Rod Simpson of Newton and Greg and Janelle Hanneman of Sioux City. Great-grandparents are Phyllis Snook of Newton and Ray and Barb Simpson of Kellogg.
