• Sarah D. Justice, 28, of Runnells was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to maintain control after officers were dispatched at 4:32 p.m. Wednesday to Highway 163 at the 27.1 mile marker on report of a single vehicle car accident. Justice had rolled her vehicle over and a deputy reported that she smelled strongly of alcohol. A data master test resulted in a .111 BAC. She was placed in jail.

• Donald E. Moss, 33, of Newton was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated after a deputy witnessed an accident at 10:10 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of F48 West and Highway S52 North. The deputy was stopped at the intersection when he saw a motorcycle drive through a stop sign and crash into a ditch. Moss had lacerations to his face and was transported to Skiff Medical Center. He refused to give breath or blood tests and was placed under arrest at 1:56 a.m. Friday. He was placed in jail

• Paul A. Rex, 47, of Newton was charged with violating his probation after officers arrested him at 4:25 p.m. Monday on the 1800 block of Iowa Speedway Drive. He was taken to jail.
