Zach Kruse and Kendi Logue of Newton announce the birth of their daughter, Kadence Lee Kruse, on July 25, 2013, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
Kadence weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 19.5 inches in length.
Grandparents are Ronda and John Paulson, Kenny Jr. and Kasie Lamb, Darcy and Todd Tool, all of Newton, and Todd Kruse of Milliken, Colo.
Great-grandparents are Deena Lamb, Wanda Bates, Pat Tool and Garry Logue, all of Newton, and Wilma Thomas of Albia.
Great-great-grandparents are Ramah Walker and Betty Fair, both of Newton.
