Sylvia L. Nimmo, 75, of Papillion, Neb. died July 21, 2013.

She was preceded in death by husband Ken.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Brian and Sandra Nimmo of Omaha, Neb., and Chris and Kathy Nimmo of Johnston; grandchildren, Shannon and Marshall Comisar of Minneapolis, Minn., Trevor Dinovo of Omaha, Neb., Kenneth Nimmo and Heidi Nimmo of Johnston; sister Harriet Weaver of Ft. Worth, Texas; brother Peyton Weaver, of Dallas, Texas; nieces; nephews; and other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be at Kahler-Dolce Mortuary in Papillion, Neb. from 1 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

A funeral service will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at Kahler-Dolce Mortuary. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Newton Union Cemetery in Newton. 

Memorials are suggested to the Ken Nimmo Scholarship Fund, Iowa State University.
