Car club accelerates for P.I.

Progress Industries Communications Director Melissa Butler recently accepted a check for $2,500 from Warren County Corvette Club President Ron Boone. Also pictured are Kyle Forst, Vickie Forst, JoAnn Walser, Bob Walser, WCCC Secretary Jerry Weldon, WCCC Vice President Roxy Wilson, Mike Hooker, Mike Bruner, Mike Jarvis, Teresa Keith Boone, WCCC Quartermaster Sue Kmet, WCCC Treasurer Ruth Smith and Larry Smith. Progress Industries was selected as the Corvette Club’s primary charity for its 15th Annual Spring Fling Corvette Car Show held June 1 in Indianola. Butler said the club’s contribution will support the residential, vocational and day habilitation programs Progress Industries provides for area residents with disabilities.
