The Newton YMCA Child Care Center is hosting its annual Scholastic Book Fair from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day this week through Friday in the lobby of the YMCA. A portion of the sales will be donated back to the YMCA to be used to purchase books and other classroom supplies for YMCA Child Care. Fictional characters Clifford the Big Red Dog and Geronimo Stilton were at the book fair Tuesday posing for photographs and giving autographs to children, including Izzy Lane (above).
