The Caregiver Support Group will meet from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church, 210 N. Second Ave. E. in Newton, to hear from featured speaker and wellness director Lori Griffin.
Griffin will show caregivers how to take care of themselves so they can take care of others.
The Caregiver Support Group is for all denominations and faiths and is free of charge. Caregivers to have an opportunity to share concerns, questions and experiences with others along with receiving education from experts.
