Don Wilbur Tallman, 96, of Newton, formerly of the Clarion and Storm Lake areas, died Friday morning, June 21, 2013, at Heritage Manor in Newton under the care of Skiff Hospice.
Pence-Reese Funeral Home in Newton has been entrusted with the arrangements. A private family service and interment will be held at a later date.
