Six individuals were arrested and taken to the Jasper County Jail after a search executed by the Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force in Monroe on Monday.
According to a press release from the MINE Task Force, officers initiated a search at 9:30 p.m. Monday at 303 S. Jasper St. in Monroe where illegal drugs and paraphernalia were seized.
The following six individuals were arrested and charged in connection with the search warrant:
• Justin Wielard, 24, of Monroe, charged with the possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to affix a drug tax stamp.
• Joshua Wielard, 24, of Monroe, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Amber Wielard, 18, of Monroe, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Nathan Ross, 27, of Monroe, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Hayli Stire, 21, of Montour, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Dustin Rushing, 19, of Monroe, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine is a Class C felony; possession with intent to deliver marijuana is a Class D felony. Possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia are both serious misdemeanors.
