To the editor:
I would like to thank Doug Bishop, the Red Shirt volunteers and those who gave donations to the last Jasper County Freedom Flight. It was a good day for me.
The Mail Call was really emotional for me. I want to thank my family — especially my three grandsons — and the school children for the letters.
It was an honor to be with fellow veterans. Thank you again to those who made the Freedom Flight possible.
