On Tuesday local law enforcement officials, members of the Iowa Special Olympics, friends and family marched down First Avenue as a part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run and came to a stop in front of the Jasper County Courthouse. From March 23-25 The Iowa Special Olympic Summer Games will take place in Ames.
