• Christopher Allen Chartier, 30, pleaded guilty to charges of OWI (first offense), second-degree harassment and third-degree harassment. District Court Judge Steve Holwerda sentenced him to 375 days in jail, all but two of which were suspended, and one year of probation. He was fined $1,630 — $625 of which may be waived if court’s conditions are met — and was further ordered to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations.

• Richard Lee Cooper, 42, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. District Court Judge Steve Holwerda sentenced him to two 2 days in jail and fined him $315.

• Jodi Mae Horstman, 31, pleaded guilty to using a juvenile to commit an indictable offense. District Court Judge Randy Hefner sentenced her to 10 years in prison, which was suspended, and fined her $1,000, which also was suspended. She was ordered to enter into a residential treatment facility until maximum benefits are achieved. Her sentencing was to run concurrent to a Polk County conviction for third-degree burglary.

• Kevin Sean Huntington, 44, pleaded guilty to displaying obscene material to a minor. District Court Judge Steve Holwerda sentenced him to 180 days in jail, all but seven suspended, and one year of probation. He also was fined $315.

• Robin Lee Janes, 49, pleaded guilty to OWI (first offense). District Court Judge Steve Holwerda ordered that she may attend a 48-hour OWI class within 30 days in lieu of two days in jail. She also was fined $1,250.

• Tanner Blake Jensen, 22, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts causing bodily injury. District Court Judge Randy Hefner sentenced him to 100 days in jail and fined him $615. Two additional charges of controlled substance violation, a charge of possession of contraband in a correctional facility, and a charge of failure to affix a drug tax stamp were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

• Stephanie Paige Purdue, 22, pleaded guilty to OWI (first offense). District Court Judge Steve Holwerda sentenced her to two days in jail and fined her $1,250 — half of which will be waived if the court’s conditions are met. An additional charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

• Shawn David Sabin, 28, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault causing injury. District Court Judge Steve Holwerda sentenced him to 30 days in jail. A fine of an indeterminate amount also was waived. His sentencing was to run concurrent to a Jasper County conviction for first-degree theft.

• Jordan Wade Sedlock, 23, pleaded guilty to two counts of controlled substance violation. District Court Judge Randy Hefner sentenced him to two years in prison, suspended, and two years probation. He was fined $940.

• Ryan Thomas VandenBroek, 25, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts causing bodily injury. District Court Judge Thomas Mott sentenced him to 90 days in jail, all but two suspended, and 18 months of probation. He also was fined $625. An additional charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed as part of a plea agreement. He was further ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation and to complete any recommended treatment.

• Dustin Ryan Stoner, 32, was found guilty by District Court Judge Steve Holwerda of domestic abuse assault and domestic abuse assault causing injury. He was sentenced to 395 days in jail, all but 90 days suspended, and fined $65. Thirty of the 90 days is to be served concurrent to the other 60 days in jail.

• Cody Dale Thomas, 43, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft. District Court Judge Steve Holwerda sentenced him to 10 days in jail and fined him $65.

• Shannon D. Stravers, 32, was found guilty by District Court Judge Steve Holwerda of driving while license suspended or revoked and was fined $250.

• Mary Ann Steward, 49, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. District Court Judge Steve Holwerda fined her $65.
