The South Iowa Cedar League recently released its all-conference teams for the boys and girls golfers from this season, and Lynnville-Sully was well represented.
The Hawk girls, in particular, flooded the all-conference lists with two girls making the first team to go along with an honorable mention. With the team having just four golfers this season, being able to have three make the all-confernce lists is quite a feather in the cap of coach Monica Lanser.
Hawks junior Macy Lanser was one of the two players for Lynnville-Sully to crack the first team. Lanser had a low score of 44 through nine holes this season. The other Hawk girl on that first team was senior Kelsey Beyer, who had a nine hole average of 48.67 this season. The lady Hawk on the honorable mention list was sophomore Haley Hood.
The boys team had one player on the all-conference teams. Senior David Trettin made the second team with a low round of 41 on the season and a nine hole average of 46.60.
