In the May 17 issue of the Newton Daily News, Newton junior Brandon Fisher was erroneously identified as freshman Jacob Bennett on Page 8B.
Both athletes are members of the Cardinals’ shuttle hurdle relay team, which finished 13th at the state track meet last weekend with a time of 1 minute, 1.39 seconds.
The Daily News regrets the error.
