Alisha “Lou” Landgrebe, 22, of 432 East Street, Grinnell, Iowa, died of natural causes at her home in Grinnell.
A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 4, 2013, at the Grinnell Christian Church. The Rev. Jeriah D. Shank, Senior Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Monroe, was the Officiant. Private family inurnment will be at a later date in the Rock Creek Cemetery near Grinnell.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell beginning 12:00 noon on Friday. The family will be present at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday.

Alisha was born on December 3, 1990, in Des Moines, Iowa to Donald James and Diana Lynn Shine Landgrebe. She was raised in Monroe, Iowa and later moved to Grinnell, Iowa. She attended school in Grinnell and graduated with the Class of 2009 from Grinnell High School. Later, she attended the University of Northern Iowa and the Des Moines Area Community College. Following her education, she worked as a pharmacy technician for HyVee in Grinnell.
Alisha enjoyed spending time with family and friends and volunteering with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization.
She is survived by her mother, Diana (Doug) Chodur of Grinnell; her father, Jim (Angie) Landgrebe of Monroe; one brother, Donovan J. Landgrebe of Grinnell; two half-brothers, Kyle and Grant Landgrebe, both of Monroe; and her paternal grandparents, Donald and Pat Landgrebe of Newton.
Alisha was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Marvin and Bev Shine.
