Skiff Medical Center is partnering with All-Iowa Wheels for the World to conduct a mobility device collection drive today and Saturday.

Donations of manual wheelchairs, foldable walkers, aluminum crutches and canes and parts related to those items will be accepted in the Skiff lobby until 5 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.

These devices will be restored to like-new condition in regional correctional facilities and then delivered to people with disabilities in developing countries throughout the world who have no other way of obtaining mobility equipment.
