Sully ATV ordinance passed second reading
With a vote of 3-1, the Sully City Council got one step closer to making ATVs street legal in Sully. Most of the council has been on board with the plan since it’s inception, but councilman Brent Vander Molen has voted no on every opportunity.
In a previous interview with the Daily News, Vander Molen stated:
“The only reason I don’t want it is because it’s going to cause chaos in town, and we don’t need the headache,” said Vander Molen. “That’s the only reason I voted no.”
