The First Presbyterian Church of Newton will continue its Sundays at Four concert series at 4 p.m. Sunday with Sarah Van Waardhuizen, a Central College voice professor and soprano, presenting a recital featuring the many different “Faces of Love.”

In collaboration with Marlys Grimm, piano, and Charlee Eekhoff, violin, Van Waardhuizen will be performing Eric Whitacre’s “Hebrew Love Songs,” an inquisitive song cycle diving into the very essence of 21st century art song. The program also will feature works by Ricky Ian Gordon, Albert Hay Malotte, Scott Alan and William Finn.
