Shirley Ann Raridon

Shirley Ann Raridon, 78, Joplin, Mo., passed away at 11:50 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Freeman West Hospital.

Shirley was born July 25, 1934 in Colfax, Iowa to the late Joseph Kvasny and Josephine Elizabeth Mudra Kvasny, and had lived in the Joplin area since 2002, moving from Dawsonville, Georgia.  

She worked in computer programming most of her working life in Reno, Nev., and Dawsonville, Ga. She also helped medical patients and veterans file for benefits that were unable to do so on their own.  She was a faithful member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.
