Oklahoma beats Iowa State 86-69 Saturday

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Romero Osby had 22 points and nine rebounds and Oklahoma tied the NCAA record for free throws without a miss in an 86-69 victory over Iowa State on Saturday.

Osby had 10 of the Sooners’ 34 free throws — which matched Samford in 1990 for most in a game without missing at the foul line.

Sam Grooms had 19 points and six assists for Oklahoma (19-9, 10-6 Big 12), which never trailed on Saturday. Steven Pledger added 14 points, Amath M’Baye scored 11 and Andrew Fitzgerald had 10 points.
