Journalism camp for high school students set for July

The Iowa Newspaper Foundation in partnership with Business Horizons is offering a summer camp opportunity for high school students to become a journalist for a week.

During the camp, scheduled for July 21 to 25 at Central College, media track students will learn:

• How to design and produce a newspaper

• Gathering, writing and editing news

• Developing a newspaper website

• Social media and mobile technology
