Rep. Dan Kelley welcomes ABATE Members from District 9 Allen Anthony, Jim Robinson, Seated Scott Deeter, Marc VanMaanen, Tammie Deeter, Shelly VanMaanen and John Frimmal to the House Floor. Rep.
