USDA announces updates to MILC Program

WASHINGTON – U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency Administrator Juan Garcia today announced Jan. 30 that, beginning Feb. 5, the USDA will issue payments to dairy farmers enrolled in the Milk Income Loss Contract program for the September 2012 marketings.
